Maltos - Lets Start In 12/10/05 when you first found Newgrounds What drew you to the site and what keeps you here 19.2K posts later?
VariantSeven - I'd been coming to newgrounds since the late 90s, when I was in high school and had internet access. I found Pico's School and Nene's Interactive Suicide and Teletubby Funland and I became fascinated with flash animation. I didn't have a computer or internet access at home until 2005 and once I got it, the first thing I did was sign up for Newgrounds

Maltos - You were a voice actor in https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/784265 Fashion Police 2; Censor the planet. Tell us about that experience.
VariantSeven - I'm by no means a professional voice actress but I don't mind helping out anyone who is making Animation and needs a female voice actress and doesn't want to or can't pay for one. @DextaGethood is behind the Fashion Police movies and he's improved every single time he makes one. He's definitely someone to watch, he just keeps getting better and better.

Maltos - You've been submitting art work to Newgrounds since 2009. What inspires your art work and what keeps you motivated?
VariantSeven - I make a ton of fine art in real life but I'm working hard to get better at digital art. I have a Wacom tablet from like 2009. I use art to de-stress and get my mind off things. It's just a hobby for me, not my career like so many other artists here, but I get so much inspiration from our community here. We have amazing artists.

Maltos - Back in 2020 you provided Vocals on a submission for Author @Fro @hazencruz @Phobotech https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/988493, Tell us about how you felt about being apart of it?
VariantSeven - The voice actors collab? Those are some talented people!!! I only had a small part but I was so happy to be included in their project. They're excellent voice actors.
I do enjoy voice acting and I'll probably do more of it, just as a hobby to help others, not paid, when I get a better mic set up.

Maltos - You Created A Game SevenSeize's Adventure https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/509023. In the game you stated you did not have the tools to create a proper game. Now that you've improved in your latest installment Kill Lola Bunny where you Directed have you grown in your gaming style? https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/786432. I played i got 21 kills. Will there be more games?
VariantSeven - I had a lot of help on the adventure games maaany years ago from MagicalZorse. I did no programming on the Lola Bunny game, it was just my idea, but I looooveee the Lola Bunny game. It was executed perfectly by @Yomuchan and @Chdonga and it feels like 2007 Newgrounds.

VariantSeven - I stopped depositing points long ago, SHAME ON ME
I was surprised to see I had so many Blams. I typically protect anything that I feel the author did their best. I'm not a harsh judge.
Other than that, I don't worry much about my stats.
Like I've already had my posts wiped before. Lost like 7,000 of them.

Maltos - What Effect Has Newgrounds had on you?
VariantSeven - I've made lifelong friends here. Many who check up on me more than real life friends and family. I'll never forget Newgrounds, no matter what happens to me.

Maltos - What does your user name mean and why did you choose it?
VariantSeven - I change my name often. Right now, it's a nod to the series Loki.
My original name is SevenSeize

Maltos - As a MOD how do you feel about the current regulars of the Newgrounds forums?
VariantSeven - We have a handful of people who are just a bit miserable and hate it here but won't leave, but the overwhelming majority of people on newgrounds are extremely good people. Very talented. Very creative. Smarter and hotter too.

Maltos - Who are you when you're away from Newgrounds?
VariantSeven - I work in education and administration and somehow also ended up in PR and social media relations. I have kids. I lie and tell everyone I'm 29 but I'm actually 37.

VariantSeven - I love Futurama and always will. One of my most favorite series. I will absolutely fight you.

Maltos - If you could say anything to @TomFulp what would it be?
VariantSeven - @TomFulp refuses to take us to go get Mexican food and I'm pretty wound up about that. I've even offered to buy guac and queso for everyone.
But in truth, he's probably the most patient person I know, anywhere, online or offline. Like he puts up with soooooo much BS outta all of us.
I'd have deleted all of us already.
Newgrounds is certainly quite the achievement that he raised from the ground up.

VariantSeven - I just don't want to die from Covid. My current goal is just survive.
